About me

I started drawing cartoons at a very young age and tried, unsuccessfully, to get my first cartoon published when I was 9 years old. I continued to develop my cartoon talents throughout elementary and high school, winning a state-wide poster contest and creating the mastheads for the school newspaper. Throughout my college and military careers I continually perfected my artistic skills.
I created the comic strip "Quibbley" in the summer of 1984 and it became a regular strip in the European Stars and Stripes in October of the same year. The comic strip spawned 8 books and a Short-Timer's calendar and lasted 10 years. Quibbley is still a popular comic strip character today.

I now create posters, t-shirt designs, a variety of advertising and promotional characters, as well as calendar and logo designs. I specialize in bringing inanimate objects to life. I use a variety of different characters to create the optimum humorous message to satisfy any customer's requirements and am able to create additional characters, as requested, to highlight their products and/or services.
